It's a logistical nightmare for a large crowd - not a lot of space, not a lot of parking, dangerous thin ice in places, no street lights whatsoever, no bathrooms, etc... etc... etc..
Yea, so??? What else is new! ie: phalen, Crosby... They don't care about that crap...
2. bring history to the hunters looking for the med..
3. Bad boys detention center/ wilder...google it..
4. ummm. the creek is natural when it comes out of the sewer pipe. The city spent a lot of money to make it a "natural creek" again. Besides, it's a natural ravine with a creek and undeveloped...what more do you need? know any other places that are "wilder"??
Ter, ah... The honey wagons ("Take your honey for a ride") were dumped over the cliffs at BC, not Chair-O-Key.
Maybe these are Clues o'Box's from long ago and he's telling us we're full'a shit? Now we've poodles out a poop walk, supposedly right where human poop flowed unchecked.
I've not dug into this Clue yet - still slogging - but I'm gonna try and get it to fit BC. Still because of what I believe Clue #5 means.
If I'm worng (shrugs shoulders), my winning streak of being wrong will continue!
allison- stop getting stuck on one park early in the hunt and then refusing to leave it even when the clues are obviously leading to a different one, you are too smart of a guy to be making the same mistake over and over. every line of every clue has never fit any park spot on perfectly the way you expect it to, if it did the hunt would be no fun at all. if you keep your mind open, you will have a better chance of getting to the correct park.
read the clues again, they make way more sense at SH than BC. if you don't want to join us, that's fine but saying that if it's there the clues are dumb is a slight on all of us that have figured them out.
OMG! You must have it bad this year! You are SNOT an AM person and I'd not expect to see you peeking around here until about 10:00 AM. Wutchew doing up so early on a Sat fur?
Well, prolly snot the memory. You weren't diggin' that shit (GET IT? LOL!) like I was. I'm pleased you remember about them tossing the poop off the cliff. Never know... It may come in handy someday.
The hunt is on and I'm dreaming clues. I may snuggle back in bed for a wee bit and see if it warms up.
I'm looking over the clues and if this does, indeed, lead us to SH - and it seems obvious at this point - the cluewriter has been quite clever in dropping words and phrases to throw us off the path.
Unleashed in the first clue, the politically hip chick dealio.
I'm guessing we may be seeing Millet. These clues are rather unique and clever.
I'm gonna fro for a bit to noodle this Clue. Remember we're being watched and The Clue Writer(s) know we dote on anagrams. I find it suspicious you guys are finding so many ding-dang anagrams to fit SH. We're anagraming to death.
Right now, without research, I have to admit SH is the first that comes to mind. Again, I just don't think so because I can't get Clue #5 to fit.
And there are TWO places in BC that fit #6 to a T. Also, it was posted here about "endless knave" and I don't want to talk outta school. But it was an eye opener and really fit. A woman posted it - I can't remember who. Maybe she'll repost.
Not sure if this has been posted yet....sorry if its a repeat. No time to slog...need to get out and dig.
History noodle: word "sweet" ??? Just an idea
Metropolitan State University is a four-year public university located in the Twin Cities of Minnesota, United States. It is a member of Minnesota State Colleges and Universities (MnSCU).[1]

I am convinced that it is at Swede Hollow, still with this clue. I think people get too fixated on having every word have a meaning that is relevant to the park it's at. It just isn't the case though. There will be some words that will be used in the clue that will just be there because it's needed to make a sentence sound reasonable, or help complete a rhyming scheme. So don't get hung up on not liking a park because you can't fit it to a certain word or phrase, because you may be ruling it out when the cluewriter didn't even intend it to have a useful meaning.
I think also that there will be clues that you can't explain, and while it is good to keep an open mind, don't let it keep you from a park if a lot of the other clues lead you there. I think back to the Como hunt which had the iron man sock in which we couldn't figure out the man of mettle.
The hunt changes with each year, the clue writer changes after time. They have their styles and they have to evolve as the time and the technology gives us advantages that weren't had before. The clues won't be perfect and we won't always agree with them, so take it into consideration when you're figuring out what park to hunt at.
I am off to dig Swede, but I would not be suprized if tonights clue said bring you chair and key, or stop your prattle and intestinal leak. go and look at...
"Trying to link Court to SH...... Does anyone know if there used to be a courthouse there...maybe one of the Metro state bldgs?"
It may have been mentioned before but Metro State has one of the country's largest Law Enforcement programs (Think Mall Cop the Movie but higher up; I used to work in;the Mall 'O America's security division, hence my name queen MALLey after MOA: Queen 'O the Mall; worked there for 10 years before going back to college full-time). Many of the Mall Cops at MOA went to Metro State's program. Not sure if it is still there.
Thanks Lisa!!! Youre awsome!!!!
Keeping me on track, for sure...
Yea, so??? What else is new! ie: phalen, Crosby... They don't care about that crap...
Over 40 acres...
It goes north from the hollow to phalen corridor and to Phalen lake.
"endless' Trail....

I was there till about 5 or so.. then went downtown at 9pm to the bar and then the clue. Then out again...then..who really sleeps anyways????
I believe it's SH.
I just work at keeping an open mind and not going to the first place that screams at me.
BC has some dedication-thighy to the guy that supposedly invented water skiing... And they've hockey, basketball, etc., etc.
I'm not awake yet.
Thanks for the Warren Burger, Green.
And thanks for the correction of the honey pots. The memory isn't as good as it used to be it seems.
